The holiday didn't go exactly as planned. On Saturday, a bizarre fall on cement left my right arm in excruciating pain. It now looks like this! 😱 When I couldn't even lift my right arm, I was worried. 😳 Then I remembered a life-changing lesson I learned from my hand therapist when I was recovering from four right hand surgeries after I broke it.
